03Consumer dispute resolution
We are neither obliged nor willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board (Verbraucherschlichtungsstelle) under the VSBG.
The European Commission’s online dispute resolution platform ceased operating in July 2025, so there is no ODR link to give. Statutory consumer rights are unaffected and complaints are answered directly at info@powerstate-game.com.
